Vans Appear A Lot In Cartoons (Part 1)
Many cartoons actually feature vans within in them and millions of people actually tune in to watch some of them which is quite remarkable really. Some of which are past jewels that have not really seen any real success in a long while and of course some of them are just simply made for the kids. Here are the ones that I could think of.
Mystery Machine
If there was a top trumps game based on cartoon vans then this card would beat all of them hands down. When you think of a van in a cartoon then this has to be the one that comes into the mind at first. All of this kicked off in 1969 with the original series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! The show has been running ever since and has not lost its original format of solving monster of an apparent monster. The monster always seems to be someone in disguise, where are the real monsters!. I wonder if the gang have the van on Van Leasing
A Bit Of A Classic- Postman Pat
This is more of a stop-motion feature than a cartoon but it has to be mentioned as it is certainly the most famous van to be made by somebody here in Britain It was first screened in 1981 and a newer series was made for 2006. This show was aimed mainly at the younger age group and both me and all of my friends were big fans when we were younger. The brilliant thing about Postman Pat is that he is the only Postman able to deliver the post on time!
Cheap Van Leasing has got to be something that these toons held in their minds when getting these vans.
Which has the best van in the popular South Park, Family Guy and South Park series, read part two to find out. Small van leasing is key for the next part.
